Q2LConsulting
Q2L — short for Question to Learn

Real change hits three things: mindset, skillset, and toolset.

Q2L Consulting helps teams work through change — especially the kind AI is forcing on every organization right now — by focusing on mindset, skillset, and toolset, in that order. Founded by Joe Lalley, author of Question to Learn.

Product leader turned change consultant.

Q2L Consulting was founded by Joe Lalley, who spent over a decade at PwC and Viacom building products and leading digital transformation before moving into consulting — because the harder problem was never the technology, it was getting people to actually change how they work.

That experience shapes how we work today: we've led adoption efforts reaching 10,000+ people, run AI enablement workshops across PwC's leadership, and worked directly with teams at Meta, Cisco, Lam Research, Pfizer, and others on the same kind of change. That thinking is also the subject of Question to Learn, the book that gives Q2L its name.

The work, in three moves

Three ways to bring in Q2L.

Facilitate

Facilitation

Workshops built to get the right people talking about the right things, so the session turns into a real plan — not just a meeting that happened.

Shift

Change Management

Support for the human side of change — new tools, new processes, new ways of working — so it doesn't stall out once the announcement email goes quiet.

Enable

AI Enablement

Most AI rollouts run into the same problem: only one of three things gets attention. We work across all three — mindset (are people willing to try it), skillset (do they know how), and toolset (do they have the right tools, set up the right way).
